Shabbat
Been a difficult couple days despite putting in our best effort for Joshua's birthday
saying good bye tonight for at least 6 weeks, a short amount in actual time but the longest we've been apart in 20 yrs and the longest for Joshua from his dad
but apart physically is just an aspect - we've been emotionally apart in the past for much longer than 6 weeks as we went through our various stages of rebellion against unity and mirrorring
we are together now in a way that is so real and supporting and nurturing as we hold each others hand on the path to our true selvess, each in our own way , without judgement
of course we are also human `````and there are plenty of mundane judgements every day but on the deep life path aspect we are in agreement, our souls are at peace and feel aligned in the steps we are taking to facilitate Joshua's initiation into fully consious adult and our own fulfilment in human being-ness
we lit our shabbat candles in our room at Townhouse under a windy sky overlooking a bustling Cartegena with an all night rooftop rave in full swing just above us , then went for an amazing meal of colombian asian fusion a few blocks away and then sat on the balcony and laughed loads sending david to bed and his dawn airport call with plenty of prayers and hugs and angel wings and funny farts and joshua being super loving
on a level the whole last month , this 'sort of' holiday together was preparing us for this moment when we part ways and me and joshua become a team on a mission to get in tune with ourselves and our surroundings during our 'school of life' semester
and for david just as big an initiation into his prioritising his Self and feeding his spirit while handling things at home to all our benefit.
The time is right and we've had a good stretch together 24/7 , frankly enough to remind us why we decided to journey separately for a minute ! sovereign time apart matters.
grateful for all the ups and the downs and the turn arounds, for they bring us to Now. Sweet dreams worldwide hearts, start seeds and light beams..
